you cannot ship powder or primers ( i know you dont have any primers listed here.. just adding in for clarity) . the primed brass is ok though.

powder and primers are considered Hazmat - and its not just a fee you can pay at the counter when you ship. You have to be a pre-certified shipper to do so.


the penalty for shipping them if you get caught for a single no-damage incident (ie: all they do is inspect your package and find them) is upwards of $80k for a single violation.

The new civil penalty amounts are as follows:
The maximum civil penalty for a violation of hazardous materials transportation law (49 U.S.C. 5123(a)(1)) increased from $79,976 to $81,993 per day, per violation.
For a violation that results in death, serious illness, severe injury, or substantial property damage, the civil penalty rose from $186,610 to $191,316.

Thanks but I'm not new to this. Slimming down before the AX falls.
Everything listed is legal to ship even the mags since converted to 7rds.
I've been selling as mogunnut and justonemorear on several sites for over 15yrs.
Even breaking up it for a quick sell.
Decided to go 460SW full on

i may have misread your ad. the part about the powder looked like it was an offer to include it - thats the powders you used for testing and such in the upper?
