The 450b case is smaller in diameter than the 458s. The 450b case will expand and rupture, risking injury to both the gun and anyone near it.

i like my guns - and my face and fingers - enough that i'm not interested in trying something that foolish.
if you must experiment - i would recommend doing so with a very very very very very long piece of string.
and take video so we can laugh at, err experience the results from afar.
it might chamber, but the two rounds are different enough that there's not much chance of it being a successful bang - and the other option is a kaboom.
