Yep... Midway and Brownell's seem to have them, maybe others I didn't see.

Midway also has a large supply of these(I think) as factory seconds for $40 per 100!

I looked at these. They look good. Kinda wish they had a cannulear like the FTXs do. I like those with my .460 to keep them from backing out during recoil.

Got the factory 2nds from Midway today. No blemishes;so checked the diameter thru a tube that measurers .453. All passed ok. Next I weighed about 25 of them and found a variance of .1 to .6 grain. I can live with that by segregating by weights. They look like the Hornady interlocks. If they shoot good, they will be ok for hunting and plinking.(pricewise).

I have purchased a number of "blem" bullets from Midway and reloaded them without problems, but recently I noticed they were offering a .452 cal 250 gr that looked like an FTX. However, when I checked more closely it was a handgun bullet and would not stand up to the velocities reached by the 450 BM.

I no longer see these on Midway's website, so they may have sold them all.

Segregated these seconds . One fourth weighed 244.2 to 244.9. one half 245.0to 245.5. The rest were heavier up to246.2. Three fell under 242 and were tossed. So about half are enough out of spec that I'll use for plinkn. Those in the middle I'll use for hunting if they are accurate enough.

Not a problem. Always a good idea to send 2 or 3 down a clean barrel before a hunt, or load work up.
