welcome. That upper should do you great!!

1680 with the heavier pills is a good choice. Hard to beat Lilgun for a all around powder thou.

Not sure how it compares to the IMR version but I bought a pound of H4227 and found the energy content, pushing 300gr XTP Mag bullets at max fill to be a little underwhelming. W296 is on par with H110 if you have some of that. Also Alliant 300-MP isn't too shabby if you can find some of that.

In Theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In Practice, there is.

imr 4227 and h4227 are the same powder - thats why they ditched the 2nd label and only sell 4227 under 1 label these days. no need to have two sku's for the same product in a different colored bottle. AFAIK they just picked the label that sold better (the pretty blue IMR one) to keep and tossed the other (the hornady version)

i'm shocked they havent stopped packing W296 and just go to h110 for all since its the same issue (just different lot numbers) must have enough folks who prefer one or the other to keep them both selling.
