Range report with CVA Scout and Barnes XPB bullets
Posted: Sun Apr 14, 2019 5:29 pmI went to the range yesterday to check out velocities of Barnes 200gr XPB and 275gr XPB bullets out of my CVA Scout rifle. My 200gr XPB loads averaged 2871 FPS MV. My 275gr XPB loads averaged 2263 FPS MV. It was extremely windy yesterday but managed to keep just less than 2" with 4 shot groups at 100yds. I'll have to try it again when it isn't so windy.
