I contacted SilencerCo about minimum barrel length with a Hybrid.....its 8"....
Been on the look out for a 1-16" twist around 12.5" barrel for a pistol.....
Have you thought about buying a 16" carbine gas barrel and cutting it down? Other than that, I think it's going to be a custom order. I got a 10.5" 1:16" twist pistol gas barrel from X-caliber when they had a sale. Got to mainly shoot subs.
