viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8633&p=27755#p27755NOTE! Not all FMJs are designed for speeds above 1700FPS! Don't use plated jackets like Berry or Rainier. I'm using MagTechs. Hornadys' FMJs are okay to go too. Especially S'more smuggler WCs' favorite, the Hornady 230 Gr FMJ Flat point.
S'more Smuggler?? Why I heard that the only reason we have so much human smuggling into Texas, was because they had heard about the great S'mores you make..
10-4, on using good 230's, at the speeds you can drive them at, you're going to need good'ens.
I drive mine in excess of 2800fps. Speeds that will destroy ill made jackets/plating and maybe leave deposits in the barrel that can wreck your next shot, hopefully that's the only thing that gets wrecked, if not caught right away..
