AM I CORRECT IN MY ASSUMING IN RELOADING FOR MY BOLT ACTION 450 BUSHMASTER I CAN INCREASE OAL AS LONG AS THE CARTRIDGE FITS IN MAGAZINE AND FUNCTIONS THRU ACTION ?

That's what I do.

There will be a point where the bullet will hit the lands, which I stay about. 050 back from and work the loads from there.
