i would suggest emailing maker and asking them for load data as well.
they dont always post it, but they've almost always got data they'll share if you ask for their bullets.

35.5 lil gun 2118fps 24sd
36.0 lil gun 2159fps 19sd
36.5 lil gun 2164fps 16.4sd
37 lil gun 2175fps 4.7sd
37.5 lil gun 2185fps 27sd
I’m not really concerned with speed as any of these would work for a hunting load. The SDs tightened up from what I’m used to maybe because of the side crimp? The target results are interesting in that with each group I got 2 touching and one around 1.25 inches to 1.75 inches from the shots touching. So do I switch powders to win 296 which worked really well with the 250ftx or what?

pwoller wrote:Thanks Hoot. If I had to pick 2 loads based on the target results they would be 36.5 and 37.0. The shots out side of the 2 touching are almost completely horizontal. Should I load up 10 at 37 and see what it does? Without the magneto on the gun.
