CCI Small Rifle Magnum Primers #450

Postby NordicRX8 » Sun Nov 06, 2011 5:13 pm

Anyone out there tried the CCI Magnum SR primers want to offer some info? Pretty cool the primer number is 450. :D

I've been using old old stock Federal SR Hard cup primers and have a case of CCI SR #41 military primers in the wings, but see I can pick up some #450 primers cheaper than other brands locally.

I know Hoot has plenty of experience using different primers reloading the 450B. Maybe he will chime in.

What powder are you trying to light with them???

The only CCI primers I tried were the BR4s and they were too cool for Lil Gun. Can't comment on the mil ones or the magnums. Sorry...
