Just some perspective.
I easily get 2600-2700fps with a Barnes 200g .451" and have seen 3000fps, with sub .5moa. Agreed, there isn't the BC with the 45's, but BC isn't everything. As long as I have a laser range finder and adjustable sights, keeping our bullets on target, even to 600yds, is quite academically reliable and still kills well, at those ranges (something that is very doable, but getting tougher to do with a 358 or375 @ 600yd).
Of course we are still Americans (or at least I think we are, better check with the President), and as such we want thinks just "Because", and with that in mind, I wanna .358 and a .375 and a bunch of other calibers as well.
So, .."shoot'em if ya got'em"..
