Also, I’ve been trying to research the 22in go wild rifle, but haven’t been able to find much out there? My heart was set on the 22in go wild edition, but starting to consider the savage 110 scout. I want this gun for a deer hunting rig. Any I put would be much appreciated!
I have quite a variety of the Ruger 450s, one of which includes the "Go Wild Camo". What kind of questions do you have about it?
I have found it to be as accurate as all the Ruger 450s are. The one thing I did with it, is prior to mounting the scope, I removed the rail, degreased the rail screws and the holes and after everything was dry, I applied blue loctite to screws before reassembling it, let it set 24hrs and then mounted rings and scope. I have never had a problem with scope or rings and it has held its zero, even with some heavy handloads with the 275gr Barnes bullets.
With it weighing 6.6# without scope and a little over 7#s with scope mounted, recoil is comparable to a .243.
Be happy to answer any questions you have.
