I have an Obsidian 45 about to get out of jail. I want to see how it works in my 10.5" 450 Bushmaster AR.

Your math is good. Yes the bullets alone run 84₵ each. The loaded ammo is $1.65 each. Assuming you already have brass, you should be able to reload them yourself for comfortably under $1.00 each. That's going to be a stout recoiling pistol load, or do you already have it registered as an SBR?

If you are just going to target shoot or plink around, I'd HIGHLY recommend buying some coated cast bullets and save a ton of money! I really like the 405 gn (45-70) bullets that I size down tot .452 and load. These are just as accurate as the 395 sub-x in my rifle.
